Theresa has been a lifelong resident of Central Ohio and loves living here! She shares her passion with her clients, whether they are relocating from another area or looking for a new home here. Theresa believes that building sincere relationships with her clients is the foundation of a successful business transaction. She makes it a priority to know her clients’ needs, wants and hopes. Obtaining these for her client is her key objective. She goes above and beyond to deliver each of those objectives to her clients.

Theresa had the privilege of beginning her career as part of a team with over 50 years of experience in the industry before she began her own team in 2016. She worked as a Buyer Specialist and obtained key insight into the buyer’s experience. This gave her a unique expertise she has used to help guide her Sellers in preparing their homes for sale.
